Color steel products produced by composite board machines are widely used in construction, home appliances and transportation industries. For the construction industry, they are mainly used on the roofs, walls and doors of steel-structure plants, airports, warehouses, refrigeration and other industrial and commercial buildings. Composite boards are a kind of sandwich color steel boards with rock wool as the core material. Because of good insulation and anti-flaming performance of the core material, rock wool color steel panel is currently very popular being used as a fireproof building material. Rock wool is mainly composed of natural basalt. After high temperature melting, it is made into man-made mineral fibers by high-speed centrifuge equipment, while being added with special binders and anti-dust oil, which is then cured through heating. Rock wool color steel panels are featured by light weight, sound insulation, good sound-absorbing and sealing performance, easy construction, short cycles, low comprehensive cost, good bending and corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance and other significant advantages. With the bright color, they do not need surface finishing processes. The installation is flexible and quick, and the construction cycle can be shortened by 40%.
Low altitude spread operation methods: a low altitude spread operation method is a method in which small splicing units or odd parts are integrally spliced indirectly in the design position. There are two low-altitude spread operation methods: the full-bracket method and the suspension method. The former is seldom used in bulk parts assembly, while the latter is seldom used in small splicing unit assembly at low altitudes. Because parts assembly at low altitude does not need large lifting equipment, but as it needs the erection of large-scale assembly brackets, large amounts of scaffold materials are needed.
Composite board machine bar combining or block mounting methods: in these methods, the grids are divided into strips or block units, which are respectively lifted by a crane to the designed position in the air, before they are assembled into a whole piece. The so-called strip means that the grids are divided into several sections along the long span direction, and the width of each section can be of the length from one to three grids and its length is the length of the short span. The so-called block means that after the grids are divided along the longitudinal and transverse directions, the shape of grid cells are rectangular or square. The weight of each unit of a composite board machine is subject to the lifting capability of the lifting equipment at the site. Most of the welding and assembly work for the composite board machine bar combining or block mounting methods is carried out on the ground, which is not conducive to the progress of the project quality.
